Safeguarding: Summer support

Support is available over the summer.  If you have any concerns about the wellbeing and safety of children please contact the school using the following email address:

This email will be responded to as soon as possible but may not be picked up immediately. 

Call 999 if a child is being abused, or is in immediate danger.

BANES Children’s Social Work Services are available if:

  • A child is suffering significant harm
  • You want to protect a child from abuse or serious neglect
  • You feel the child requires urgent or short-term care (acute services)

You can report a concern about a child by contacting BANES Children’s Social Work Services on 01225 396312 or 01225 396313 during office hours.  If out of office hours but you think a child is in immediate danger then call the Emergency Duty Team on 01454 615165.

If you have concerns about the adults working with children, then the Local Authority Designated Officer can be contacted on 01225 396810.
