We are not able to take ‘ad hoc’ bookings at the moment unless your child is already attending some of our sessions.
We would recommend that new Reception children wishing to come to wrap around care do not start until  they are in school full-time.
Breakfast Club
The Breakfast Club is run by Lisa Weeks and is open from 7.30am until 9am, Monday to Friday, during term time (not on Inset days or when school is otherwise closed) and costs £4.50 per session.Â
Breakfast Club provision takes place in the hall. Parents will need to drop off children via the front door of the school. Please ring the bell (in reception) if nobody is in the school office to let you in. If your child would like a breakfast please ensure that they are dropped off by 8.30am at the latest (breakfast is included in the price).
After School Club
The After School Club is run by Lisa Weeks and Hannah Wright and it runs from 3.15pm to 6pm every day EXCEPT FRIDAYS, during term time. £13 per session.
The club makes use of the hall, outside area and the ICT suite. All children should be picked via the front door of the school. Please ring the bell (in reception) if nobody is in the school office to let you in.
Please note that these clubs do not run on Inset days and when the school is otherwise closed.
The Clubs follows the Playwork Principles – children are free to choose activities and resources as they wish. There will always be a selection of activities and resources available, which could include crafts, board games, construction, physical play and reading.
The Breakfast and After School Clubs are staffed by at least two play workers each day. All staff members are DBS checked.
The food provided at the Breakfast Club varies and children are able to select what they would like to eat. On offer are a range of breakfast cereals (low or no sugar type), bread/toast and a range of spreads, milk and fresh fruit and vegetables. Fresh drinking water is available at all times.
After School Club meals are not intended as a substitute for a main evening meal. We provide snacks, including fresh fruit and your child is welcome to bring their own snack to supplement what we offer. Please remember to check the ingredients (especially on cereal bars) as we are a nut-free school and some of children attending the clubs have nut allergies. Fresh drinking water is available at all times. The After School Club will meet individual dietary requirements wherever possible. We recognise the importance of healthy nutrition for children delivered in a calm, friendly setting.
If you have a query or concern at any time, please speak to a member of staff at the club when you collect your child. If you prefer, you may arrange a more convenient time for a meeting (contact details are in the Handbook).

Between 7.30am & 8.30am or 4pm & 6pm, please feel free to leave a message on the Wraparound Club phone: 07401 822963. This is an ’emergency only’ phone, e.g. to let the leaders know if you are going to be late for a pick up. This phone should not be used to try and arrange bookings.
Please remember to let the office or club leaders know in advance if your child will not be attending a session. We normally need two weeks notice otherwise you will be charged for any sessions which have been booked in advance unless your child is ill or there has been a family emergency (please see our ‘Admissions and Fees Policy’ below).
From September 2023 sessions need to be paid for a month in advance, please ask Susie for more details.
